Materials Handling Middle East 2011 ended successfully in three-days run – it was inaugurated by His Highness Sheikh Hasher Bin Maktoum Al-Maktoum, Director General at the Dubai Department of Information, who said “Being such a diverse region, logistics industries are in the process of rapid change. Exhibitions like these are good indicators of the rapid changes that the industry is going through.”

The exhibition was a meeting ground for leading industries in the region where new ideas were discussed, new trends examined, innovative and latest products demonstrated and new fresh business contacts developed.

So many exhibitors across the region were pleased with the outcome of the show by reporting new potential deals, getting prospective leads and having quality and serious visitors approaching their stands.

Our team is currently working on the Post Show Report which will be released shortly!

“It was really good and the first day and a half were beyond all expectations. We are exhibiting because we want to bring new products. We have generated some good enquiries and generally speaking attendance has been good.”
Mr. Ehab Amouri, Manager of Machinery Division – Abdulla Al-Masaood & sons Industrial Equipment

“We’ve had new leads for sure and we’ll see their potential in the next six months or so but it sounds optimistic. We have had visitors from KSA, Greece, Turkey, Lebanon, India, Qatar, Oman…I think it is necessary to be here because we feel it’s a melting point between Europe and Asia. As an international company it is absolutely necessary to be here.”
Mr. Friedrich Ratschiller, Sales Manager Eastern Europe - Interroll

Thank you to all our participants and visitors for making it happen!
